By using the Capitaleaze application (“Application”), a product by RBN Software Solutions Private Limited, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”).   • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and are liable for all activities performed under their account.
  • Capitaleaze reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of suspicious or fraudulent activities.

4. Use of Services

  • Users must use the Application strictly for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • Capitaleaze, a product by RBN Software Solutions Private Limited reserves the right to monitor transactions to detect and prevent fraud or unlawful activities.
  • Capitaleaze is not responsible for any investment decisions or financial outcomes resulting from the use of the Application.

5. Fees and Charges

  • Capitaleaze, a product by RBN Software Solutions Private Limited may charge fees for certain services, which will be clearly communicated to the Users.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as specified in the Refund Policy.
  • Capitaleaze, a product by RBN Software Solutions Private Limited reserves the right to revise fees at any time with prior notice.

  • Capitaleaze, a product by RBN Software Solutions Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Application.
  • Capitaleaze’s total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by the User in the preceding three months.

  • Continued use of the Application signifies acceptance of updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Telangana. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Telangana.
