2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are applicable only in cases of erroneous transactions caused by Capitaleaze or unauthorized transactions proven through investigation.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 business days from the transaction date, with valid supporting documentation.

3. Process

  • Users must contact the support team at support@capitaleaze.com to initiate a refund request.
  • The request should include:
    • Transaction details (e.g., transaction ID, date, amount).
    • Reason for the refund request with supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, bank statements).
  • Capitaleaze will:
    • Acknowledge receipt of the refund request within 2-5 business days.
    • Investigate and process eligible refunds within 10 business days.

4. Exclusions

  • Refunds are not applicable for:
    • User errors, such as incorrect account details or entry of invalid information.
    • Transactions that comply with the user’s instructions and terms.
    • Service subscription fees unless explicitly mentioned.
    • Delay or failure in service due to third-party providers.

5. Third-Party Transactions

  • Transactions processed through third-party services (e.g., payment gateways) may be subject to their terms and policies.
  • Capitaleaze will assist in coordinating refunds through these providers but cannot guarantee outcomes outside its control.

6. Liability

  • Capitaleaze is not liable for delays caused by third-party service providers involved in refund processing.
  • Users must ensure accurate details are provided to avoid refund disputes.
